The resistance against Museveni's military dictatorship is taking a new trend with citizens rejecting some of his repression agents that he imposes on them.  It's the norm that whenever the population exceedingly cry out against the excesses of a particular agent of his repression, he pretends to intervene by moving him to a new area.  This trend has been more pronounced  the case with RDCs and Police Commanders.

On April 16, 2016 he moved his notorious Operatipns Commander of Kampala, SSP Sam Omalla to Bukedea.  However, his transfer was motivated more by his suspicious links with Buganda Kingdom when three days earlier he had appeared at the Kabaka's Birthday party clad in a Kanzu as a guest.  In 1966 Brig. Shaban Opolot who was the then Army chief was sacked and replaced by Col. Iddi Amin after being accused of links with Buganda Kingdom.

The population has always been unsuspectingly viewing such moves as disciplinary in nature.  However, of recent Ugandans have realized that it's just a cover-up and have resorted to outright rejection of the transferred officers.  After recent public outcry for the violent dispersal of cultural and religious leaders in Mityana, Museveni moved to once again dupe his unsuspecting Ugandans by sending a team of senior police officers to apologise to the victim's.  Behind the scenes he was gratifying the police officers who led the assault.  Mwine Mukono who had been the DPC of Mityana was transferred to Hoima District as the District Police Commander (DPC) while Bob Kagarura who had been the Wamala Regional Police Commandeer (RPC) was sent to Bukedi North as the RPC.

In a show of defiance, the Bunyoro Kitara Kingdom and the people of Hoima protested the transfer of Mwine Mukono to Hoima.  The Kingdom Prime Minister wrote a petition to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Chief of Police and the RDC rejecting the said transfer while residents of Hoima threatened a protest March to the District Central Police Station.  They argue that since Mwine Mukono who is a staunch Catholic from Mushanga Parish in Sheema District could violently disperse Bishop Kagwa in the middle of the Mass, he would do more harm to Bunyoro.

In Rukungiri District locals are rejecting the RDC, Dan Ayebazibwe Kaguta whom they accuse of fanning crime including abuse of office and illegal logging.  They allege that he is thriving on the goodwill of powerful God fathers in government hence why they have petitioned the Speaker of Parliment.  Their petition further argues that that he was not qualified to be appointed to a public office following a conviction for corruption whose sentence barred him from holding any public office for the next 10 years.  He was linked to the 2014 NSSF bribery case as an accomplice with a one Jane Mpeirwe that was prosecuted by the IGG.  His 2012 extortion case with KCCA and the recent fleecing of shillings 800m from local of Rukungiri through fake SACCOS for Museveni's cash donations.

Elsewhere, during the recently concluded NRM primaries, a total of 120 incumbent M.Ps some of whom are Cabinet Ministers were rejected by ordinary party members.  This development was a consequence of their role in the 2017 lifting of the Constitutional Age Limit to allow Museveni to rule for life.  The rest of the Ugandans ought to emulate the pace set by the ordinary NRM supporters and punish these traitors at the forthcoming 2021 polls.  Similarly, the stand demonstrated by the Kingdom of Bunyoro and the people of Hoima ought to be emulated by all other Ugandans.

INFORMATION IS POWER AND THE PROBLEM OF UGANDA IS MUSEVENISM
